eHisabKitab is a POS and business management system designed from the ground up for Pakistani businesses — with local tax compliance, local support, and local expertise.
Pakistani businesses have historically been underserved by software — either expensive imported solutions that ignore local requirements, or outdated local tools that can't handle FBR compliance, multi-branch operations, or modern reporting needs.
eHisabKitab was built to change that. Every feature — from PRAL SDK integration to Urdu receipt printing — was designed with Pakistani businesses in mind. We speak the same language, understand the same regulations, and operate in the same timezone as our customers.
Founder & Lead Developer
Hammad Ali is the founder and lead developer of eHisabKitab POS. With deep expertise in PHP, MySQL, and multi-tenant SaaS architecture, he designed and built the entire platform from the ground up — from the FBR PRAL SDK integration to the restaurant KDS module and the multi-branch management system.
Having worked closely with Pakistani retailers, restaurateurs, and pharmacists, Hammad understands the unique compliance challenges that FBR integration, EOBI payroll, and multi-outlet inventory management present to small and medium businesses in Pakistan.
eHisabKitab is his answer to the gap between expensive enterprise software and the practical needs of real Pakistani businesses.
Tier-1 retailers face real penalties for non-compliance. We built the deepest FBR integration available — no workarounds, no add-ons, fully built-in.
Pricing in PKR, support in Urdu and English, office in Islamabad. We're available when you need us — not just during GMT business hours.
Every feature in eHisabKitab came from real conversations with Pakistani retailers, restaurateurs, pharmacists, and manufacturers — not from a product roadmap drawn abroad.
