Monthly fees cover hosting, security updates, backups, and ongoing support. You can pause or cancel at any time with 30 days notice. There are no long-term contracts or lock-in periods.

The Enterprise plan is a one-time perpetual license — you pay once and own the software forever. An optional Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) covers updates and priority support. This is ideal for large businesses, chains, or those who prefer to avoid monthly recurring costs.

Yes, absolutely. You can upgrade to a higher plan or add individual modules at any time. The additional cost is pro-rated so you only pay the difference.

Yes! Clients who pay annually receive 2 months free (effectively a ~17% discount). This is discussed during the demo and applied directly to your quote.

FBR POS integration is included in all plans. ZATCA (Saudi Arabia) compliance is available on Business, Professional, and Enterprise plans. Government-side registration fees (if any) are the client's responsibility.
