eHisabKitab acts as an integration service and is not an official FBR system.
3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
- You must be 18+ and authorized to act for your business
- Provide accurate account information
- Keep your login credentials secure
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Data Processing and Privacy
Your data is processed for FBR compliance and system functionality. While we securely transmit data, we do not control FBR systems or their data handling.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Upload malicious or harmful content
- Perform fraudulent invoicing
- Access other users' data
- Reverse-engineer or decompile the system
6. Data Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring all submitted data is accurate. We are not liable for incorrect data or FBR validation issues.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, software, and branding belong to eHisabKitab. You are granted limited usage rights for business purposes only.
8. Security and Availability
- We use strong security measures including TLS encryption
- Downtime may occur due to scheduled maintenance or external factors
9. Payment and Subscription
- Services require subscription fees as outlined on our Pricing page
- Non-payment may result in service suspension
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect damages, FBR system issues, or errors in user-submitted data. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months.
11. Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for terms violations, legal requirements, or non-payment.
12. Updates to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Jurisdiction: courts of Islamabad.
